CRUSH THE COURSE WITH SUMMERSEAT GIVEAWAY

ELIGIBILITY: The Crush the Course with Summerseat Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on August 7, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) methods of entry, all of which are free:

QR Code: During the Giveaway Period, scan the QR code at participating retail locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry.
Website: During the Giveaway Period, visit the dedicated Giveaway Page and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry.
Instagram: During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Summerseat Crush Instagram account (@drinksummerseat), locate the Giveaway post, and complete the following steps to receive one (1) entry:

Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual in a single day will be disqualified.

PRIZE: Twelve (12) winners will each receive a Summerseat Crush Golf Prize Pack consisting of one (1) Summerseat Crush branded JBL Flip speaker, one (1) set of four (4) Summerseat Crush branded golf balls, one (1) Summerseat Crush branded golf towel, one (1) Summerseat Crush branded hat, and one (1) package of golf tees presented in a Summerseat Crush branded pouch.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200 per prize.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION & ODDS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 18, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or via the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are subject to age verification and must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
