OFFICIAL RULES

SUMMERSEAT SPRING BREAK SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER.

ELIGIBILITY: The Summerseat Spring Break Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on April 14, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) methods of entry, all of which are free:

1. QR Code: During      the Sweepstakes Period, scan the QR code at participating retail locations      in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and follow the on-screen instructions to      submit an entry.
2. Website:      During the Sweepstakes Period,      visit the dedicated Giveaway Page and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an      entry.
3. Instagram:      During the Sweepstakes Period,      visit the official Summerseat Crush Instagram account (@drinksummerseat),      locate the Sweepstakes post, and complete the following steps to receive      one (1) entry:

● Follow @drinksummerseat

● Like the Sweepstakes post

● Comment on the post as instructed in the caption

Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual in a single day will be disqualified.

PRIZE: Thirty (30) winners will each receive one (1) Summerseat Crush-branded YETI cooler. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250 per prize. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION & ODDS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 22, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or via the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are subject to age verification and must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ashlynn Distillery LLC, located at 32 W Bridge St, Morrisville, PA 19067.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

RELEASE & PUBLICITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration. Sponsor makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding any prize.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

PRIVACY: Information submitted by entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available on our website. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.
